To sell on Tranzza you must be at least 18 years old, have valid ID, complete KYC verification, and comply with all applicable laws. Tranzza reserves the right to reject any seller application.
All listings must be accurate and not misleading. Sellers are prohibited from listing counterfeit, stolen, or prohibited items. Violations result in immediate removal and potential account termination.
Tranzza deducts commission and payment processing fees automatically from each sale. Current fee schedules are available at tranzza.com/sell/fees. Fees may be modified with 30 days notice.
Sellers must ship orders within stated handling time. Valid tracking must be uploaded within 24 hours of shipment. Failure to fulfill within 5 business days may result in automatic cancellation.
Sellers must honor Tranzza return policies. Sellers are responsible for refunds on defective, damaged, or misrepresented items. Sellers may offer more generous return policies.
Sellers may not manipulate reviews, conduct transactions outside Tranzza, create multiple accounts to circumvent bans, or engage in any fraudulent activity. Violations result in permanent termination.
Sellers warrant they have full rights to sell listed products and that listings do not infringe any third-party intellectual property rights.
Payouts are processed on a rolling 7-day basis after order completion. Tranzza may place holds on funds during dispute investigations.
Sellers must maintain an order defect rate below 1%, late shipment rate below 4%, and cancellation rate below 2.5%.
Either party may terminate with 30 days notice. Tranzza may terminate immediately for policy violations. Outstanding payouts held 90 days pending dispute resolution.
