Return Window

Most items can be returned within 30 days of the delivery date. Electronics have a 15-day return window. Clothing and shoes have a 45-day return window. Items must be in original condition with all tags and packaging intact.

How to Initiate a Return

Log into your Tranzza account and go to Order History. Select the order and click Return Item. Choose your return reason and upload photos if the item is damaged. A prepaid return shipping label will be emailed to you within 2 hours.

Return Conditions

Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with all accessories included. Items showing signs of use, damage caused by the buyer, or missing components may receive a partial refund or be rejected.

Refund Timeline

Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed within 3-5 business days. Credit card refunds may take an additional 5-10 business days to appear on your statement depending on your bank.

Non-Returnable Items

Digital downloads and software licenses, perishable goods and food items, personalized or custom-made products, intimate apparel and swimwear, and hazardous materials cannot be returned unless defective or not as described.

Damaged or Wrong Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong item, contact support@tranzza.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will arrange a free return and issue a full refund or replacement at no cost to you.

Seller Return Policy

Sellers must honor Tranzza minimum return policies. Sellers may offer more generous return policies but cannot offer less. Sellers are responsible for funding refunds for items that are defective, damaged, or not as described.

Disputes

If you and the seller cannot agree on a return or refund, contact Tranzza support within 30 days of delivery. Tranzza will review the case and make a final binding determination within 5 business days.
