By accessing or using Tranzza marketplace, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using this platform.
Tranzza is a global marketplace connecting buyers and sellers across 50+ countries. You agree to use the platform only for lawful purposes, in compliance with all applicable local, national, and international laws and regulations.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify Tranzza immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. Tranzza will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized account access.
Sellers must provide accurate product descriptions, fulfill orders promptly, and comply with all Tranzza seller policies. Misrepresentation of products or services may result in immediate account termination.
Buyers agree to pay for all purchases made through their account and to use the platform in good faith. Fraudulent chargebacks or abuse of buyer protection programs is prohibited.
All content on Tranzza, including logos, designs, software, and text, is the exclusive property of Tranzza LLC and is protected under US and international intellectual property laws.
Tranzza shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill.
Any disputes arising from use of the platform shall first be addressed through Tranzza mediation. Unresolved disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration under Delaware law.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States. You consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts located in Delaware for any disputes.
Tranzza reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email. Continued use constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
